Application Guidelines:

Before grouting, ensure the adhesive bed has fully set.
Verify that tiles are appropriate for the intended service conditions and are securely fixed with minimal voids beneath them.
Protect open joints from contamination and ensure they are clean, dry, and free from loose debris prior to grouting

Epoxy tile grout Volume 900 g PART A 850 g PART B 50 g Specifications • For internal use. Suitable for pipe joints up to 10 mm on bottom and wall. • Pot Life ≥ 45 min • Grouting ≈ 12 hr for wall penstocks and ≈ 24 hr for bottom penstocks • Coverage 2- 4 kg/ m2 • Interval before normal use ≈ 3 days Mechanical resistance and ≈ 4 days chemical resistance Advantages •Extra-fine texture • Perfect to bond & grout glass mosaic • Ideal for grouting of demitasse penstocks, large set- ups and small range crossbeams • Stylish for domestic and marketable use Directions to use • Clean the joints to remove dust & tenacious residue and allow to dry • Transfer Part B into Part A( both into the pail) • Use an applicable stirrer to mix the same • Use a rubber floater to fill the joints seamlessly • Clean the area with a nice sponger • Rub gently in indirect stir • Use fresh and clean water during the process & change the water constantly to avoid the dust accumulation on the face • For leftover tenacious residue, irk in slant stir to the joints. • Allow to cure for 24 hours minimum. • Do n’t add water nor any other chemical piecemeal from the handed PART A & PART B.
