Anchor Set Grout
ABOUT THE ANCHOR
Anchor Set Grout is a polyester resin- grounded grouting material, especially mixed with a hardening agent and paddings, and handed as apre-measured, two- part resin grout. formerly set, the grout exhibits excellent glue and mechanical strength.
This durable grout is designed for heavy- duty operations, icing a strong bond and long- continuing performance. It’s ideal for use in surroundings where high impact resistance and superior cling are essential, similar as in artificial, marketable, and high- stress flooring installations. Anchor Set Grout is easy to apply, offering dependable results indeed in demanding conditions.
Advantages
Advantages of Anchor Set Grout:
High Mechanical Strength: It becomes very hard and has excellent mechanical properties after setting, thus offering long service life and durability.
Superior Adhesion: Provides good adhesion to a wide range of materials and is therefore recommended for extreme conditions and high loads.
Durability: It is very tough and has a high impact, vibration and mechanical load bearing capacity hence suitable for industrial and commercial use.
Quick Setting: The pre-packaged, two-component system provides accurate and fast preparation and setting for the grout to set quickly during application.
Chemical Resistance: It has good chemical resistance properties hence the grout will not get compromised by chemicals in the surroundings.
- Uses of Anchor Grout
- Adhere Anchor Set Grout is designed for high-strength, corrosion-resistant anchoring of bolts and bars ranging from 12 to 25mm in diameter into concrete, rock, masonry, or brickwork. It is ideal for applications requiring fast installation and the ability to apply load quickly.
- This grout is perfect for the permanent installation of reinforcement starter bars, foundation bolts, base plates, barriers, safety fences, railway tracks, tieback anchors, reinforcement dowels, abutments, ground anchors for towers, cranes, and dock sills.
mixing steps
A complete pack of resin and catalyzed filler should be mixed is one operations . Mixing may e carried out mechanically. When a smooth, even consistency is achieved the grout is ready for use and should be placed well within the gel time of the grout .
Packs have been designed to produce practical and economic volumes of grout. Do not attempt to mix partial pack components
